I had made a purchase early in the pandemic and the mask came quickly and worked great. The first box I loved. But I just ordered more, and opened the second box I have. The first half of the box, the masks broke as soon as you put them on. I tried 3 in a row that I had with me and every one of them broke, so I had to go buy a cloth mask. I still have the two new boxes and hopefully they will be better. But I won’t be ordering more until I find out. And it is very difficult to contact the company. Every email I tried came back not valid. I did eventually find one but I haven’t heard back.
