I ordered three of these hand sanitizers because I had ordered one in the past, and it was the best hand sanitizer I had ever used. I got an email saying the order was ready to ship, and then there was no further communication for several weeks, until you finally told me the order had been canceled. I sent four emails with no response asking where my order was. I ended up calling the credit card company and putting in a dispute for the amount that you had charged me. They gave me the money back, then I got the email saying the order was canceled. It would be nice if somebody would write back to me and explain what happened here.
