Health and Safety Executive (HSE) also recommends you to change your disposable facemasks every day for its full effectiveness.
Disposable masks may be worn to reduce the risk of respiratory organs being exposed. The masks must fit in a comfortable or well protected manner against the face, providing a seal and fluid resistant. It is recommended, that wearers are fitted so that they can carefully choose as being the best or most suitable size and model. The wearer must conduct a seal check every time before a mask is worn. *Masks do not provide maximum protection compared with fitted masks. Masks are not designed to seal against the face and during the breathing process, the air escapes from the gaps between the face and mask which result in contamination.
